Business Development Role
Hewshott International is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to lead the company's business development. Exceptional times call for exceptional people and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a key role within Hewshott International.
Working closely with the directors and associates, you will be tasked with establishing and leading the business development section with the ultimate aim of growing the company.
Applicants should have a demonstrable strong track record in delivering sustained incremental sales and profit growth, be an excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with strong relationship-building skills.

Project Managers - Singapore
The successful candidate must have experience of on-site project management with complex AV systems. Additionally, skills in working with MS Project would be preferred. You should be methodical, diplomatic and able to handle difficult situations, especially under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively at different levels from motivating junior staff on site, to holding high level meetings with architects, consultants and clients.
AV Consultants/Design Engineers - Singapore and Hong Kong
We are also looking for consultants/design engineers to work in our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. You should have experience of detailed design of the AV elements in a wide range of applications from public spaces to corporate situations, but want to move into different markets, such as shopping centres, hotels and museums. You should have some experience of AV over IT systems, be able to demonstrate lateral thinking and creative solutions with well engineered systems that represent value for money. Some of this work will be client facing, so your interpersonal skills should be high and your persona both open and friendly.
AV/Acoustic Consultant (Trainee) - Australia
Applicants for this role should have some relevant experience that demonstrates an aptitude towards audio and/or video - these includ: music performance and/or recording, radio/TV production, theatre production and/or performance, sound/video systems installation and/or design engineering. Alternatively, any of these skills combined with an appropriate degree or technical qualification would be beneficial. Degree level education essential for acoustic role.
You will be taught how to undertake consultancy work by assisting an existing consultant, working through the different stages of the work with a view to moving to a level 1 consultant. If not already CTS qualified, we will place you through this course as a trainee.
For all positions, a good working knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is competency with the standard MS Office suite of products.
