In February 2010 a new green, LEED-certified property The India Bulls, Mumbai became home to a number of tenants. Hewshott was engaged by one of the largest tenants as their AV and acoustic consultants. Hewshott has worked with this client a number of times before on major projects around the world and our appointment to design this new, high-end facility was a reflection of the high levels of trust between the two organisations. This financial corporation sets very high standards and requires strict compliance to their global standards.

 

The state-of-the-art and high-end facility comprised meeting rooms, training rooms, a boardroom, a multi-purpose café, audio and video conferencing facilities, presentation rooms, and an AV control room for webcasts, streaming and a post-production facility – all of which had to be ‘green’. 
 
Hewshott designed the facility and ensured it was fully compliant with the international standards of LEED, as well as meeting the company’s own global standards.

 

This project has GOLD accreditation and is possibly the first of its kind in India. Hewshott provided innovative solutions with built-in flexibility that reflects the global nature of this client, and provides them with consistent facilities that are in line with their other offices around the world. 
 
All the rooms boast the latest technology, but by establishing a design and project management service for both AV and acoustics, Hewshott provided the client with an optimum combination of quality, service and cost.
