Working closely with CBRE and the wider design team, we established practical acoustic requirements for the office’s diverse spaces—from meeting and conferencing rooms to open-plan work areas, client lounges and collaboration zones. Our advice also supported the project’s aspirations for Green Mark Platinum, LEED Gold and WELL Platinum certification.

Hewshott remained involved through design development, construction and completion, reviewing documentation and finishes, assessing HVAC noise, responding to contractor queries and attending site to review build quality. This collaborative, evidence-based approach helped the project team make informed decisions and translate the acoustic design intent into a workplace that performs as intended.
