Prior to our involvement, the office had no dedicated video‑conferencing‑enabled rooms. Hewshott designed and integrated future‑proof technology that allows staff to connect effortlessly with colleagues and partners, ensuring each space is intuitive, reliable, and aligned with contemporary business needs. As part of the upgrade, we also incorporated hearing assistance systems to ensure full compliance with current accessibility standards and to create inclusive meeting environments for all users.

A key challenge was the larger boardroom, where flexible furniture layouts were essential. Embedding technology within the furniture was not viable, as it can lead to damage, disconnection issues, and reduced adaptability. Instead, Hewshott designed a solution where all core technology—audio, visual, and control components—were installed in the ceiling or mounted on the walls.

This approach ensured that the boardroom remains fully functional regardless of how the furniture is arranged, providing long‑term reliability and ease of use. Through thoughtful planning and coordination, Hewshott delivered a suite of meeting spaces that are modern, accessible, and ready to support the Prendiville Group’s evolving operational needs.
