With persistent reliability issues affecting a key boardroom, Hewshott was engaged to conduct a comprehensive technical evaluation, deploying a senior technology consultant and certified programmer to review and audit the deployed AV system. Through the implementation of Hewshott’s recommendations, WBD successfully improved system reliability and confidence.

Following the recommendations made in the Nottingham Boardroom optimisation, WBD sought to modernize its AV standards ahead of their London HQ refresh deployment. Hewshott was engaged to provide the redesign of the updated systems, and to hold the subsequent tender process for an integration partner to deliver the systems. Once the integration partner was selected, Hewshott remained on hand to support the implementation phase with design support and witness testing services.

Hewshott also assisted in the selection of a new service partner to manage the WBD estate, engaging service specialist consultancy FBCS to manage a comprehensive tender process and deliver excellence by utilising the strengths of each consultancy.
