Hewshott undertook an extensive requirement gathering process at Sage Publishing’s office, where they consulted various stakeholders of the organization to identify their current and future ways of working. This included various spaces such as standard meeting rooms, a flexible boardroom, and a large townhall-style space for events. This involved workshops and consultations to identify the requirements of the operation and technical requirements of the system, ensuring the design met users’ expectations from day one.

After the requirements phase, Hewshott created a design brief and a technical design package that included all the requirements related to 16 standard meeting rooms, digital signage systems, and room booking systems. In addition to that, a significant amount of focus was given to designing a bespoke divisible boardroom that included a Crestron One Beyond system to enhance video conferencing facilities. Another space that received significant focus in terms of design was a town hall space, which included an LED video wall that would be used to conduct global meetings involving all employees of Sage Publishing.

Hewshott supported Sage Publishing in the tender process to select an AV integrator to deliver the proposed solutions. In addition to that, during the implementation phase of the project, Hewshott provided technical support to Sage Publishing, managing the appointed AV integrator on their behalf. Finally, Hewshott were involved during the installation process to ensure that all spaces were delivered to a high standard and that they match the initial requirements Hewshott gathered from the stakeholders.
