A key challenge was the multi‑phased delivery, which required anticipating how technology would change over several years. Hewshott developed a design approach that balanced immediate functionality with long‑term flexibility, ensuring systems installed today could adapt to future advancements without major reinvestment.

Close collaboration with the architectural team ensured that technology was seamlessly integrated into each space. Through ongoing consultation and design coordination, the team delivered solutions that were technically robust, intuitive for staff and students, and aligned with the school’s operational needs.

The resulting design provides John Forrest Secondary College with a scalable, future‑ready technology ecosystem. From high‑quality performance and broadcast spaces to modern learning environments, the school now has the infrastructure to support both current teaching practices and future innovation.
